PHS work hand in hand with our partners Alvey, Belgium, to supply ‘Handling & Logisitics’ pack, palletizing and pallet handling systems. As an example of what we can offer, we can supply telescopic boom conveyors which go into the back of a ‘Container’. The container is manually unloaded and boxes are placed onto a belt conveyor to be fed to a bar code scanning system for box sortation.

Boxes are then sorted onto modular belt accumulation tables, to be accumulated into a pallet load ready to be sent to a high level and high speed layer palletiser. This system avoids having manual handling issues from container unloading / stacking of boxes manually. This solution can handle hundreds of different types and size of box. During the palletizing process we can place a layer strap around each layer to stabilize it for transit.

Completed pallets are then fed on a pallet conveying system to an automatic pallet wrapping machine if required, or immediately to an automatic high bay warehousing order picking system.
